Q1.No signal enhancement after installation
-Firstly make sure that there is a mobile phone signal at the outdoor antenna end with (-50dbm) or more.
-Then make sure the repeater, antenna and other accessories are selected correctly.
-Confirm whether the indoor and outdoor interfaces, distributors and antennas of the repeater are connected correctly.
Q2.The signal light Doesn't work, but there is a signal enhancement
-It should be some problem such as the external signal is weak, the external cable is too long, the connector is not connected tightly or the wire is not connected, etc., but as long as the signal is strengthened, it means that the amplifier is working normally.
Q3.The signal is improved after installation, but the coverage area is not big enough
-Confirm the signal strength of the outdoor antenna.
-Use a more powerful signal repeater.
-Confirm that the transmission cable between the indoor antenna and the repeater is not more than 50 meters, the circuit connector is correct, the circuit material meets the standard, and the distributor is not connected too much.
Q4.Cell phone signal is full, but calling quality is poor
-This situation is caused by insufficient uplink power of the repeater or the weak signal of outdoor antenna.
-Firstly make sure that there is a mobile phone signal at the outdoor antenna end, and reach (-50DBM) (full grid) or more.
-Confirm that the distance between the indoor antenna and the outdoor antenna is more than 10 meters, it is better to separate the indoor and outdoor antennas by a wall.
-Install the outdoor antenna more higher and adjust the outdoor antenna directly aim at the base station.
-The signal transmission cable from outdoor antenna to repeater which should be change to a 50 ohm-7D coaxial cable.
Q5.After installation, the ISO light turns red (repeater with warning light)
-The distance between the indoor and outdoor antennas is too close, need to increase the distance or increase the blocking isolation between the two antennas.
Q6.Dealing with the interference of communication base station
-The reason is the uplink power of the repeater is too large, or it is too close to the base station.
-The solution is to change the installation position of the outdoor antenna and deviate from the base station, Or choose a lower power repeater.
Q7.Unstable signal after installation
-The signal is slightly self-excited, the uplink signal of the base station is interfered, or the base station is interfered by the surrounding environment, and repeater is self-excited.
-The solution is to confirm that the input and output connectors are correct and whether the shielding is good.
-Confirm that the distance between the indoor antenna and the outdoor antenna is more than 10 meters. It is better to have a wall to separate the indoor antenna and the outdoor antenna.
Q8.Bad signal after using for a while
-Check the outdoor cable connector whether go into water, and check whether the power indicator is normal. If there is no water in the cable and the power indicator is normal, the repeater may be faulty and need to be returned to the factory for repairing.
